A few useful details about browsing products, shipping and payment on Nexus Commerce.
Shipping is checked for each product variant and destination. If no supplier method is available, you can still view the product; choose one of the destinations shown as supported to continue checkout.
Prices and Stripe payments use AED for the United Arab Emirates and USD for all other destinations. The checkout review and payment button show the amount and currency that will be charged.
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and include their original tags, accessories and packaging; customers pay return postage. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the returned item is received and checked. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before returning it and we will guide you without charging return postage.
