NEXUS COMMERCE
This notice describes the information Nexus Commerce uses to provide the storefront, checkout and order support.
When you create an account or place an order, the store uses details such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products and order status to process and support that order.
The phone number you provide is used to coordinate delivery and order updates; SMS verification is not required. You may optionally choose “Use my location” during checkout; if you do, the browser asks for permission and the coordinates are attached to that order only to help with delivery. You can decline location access and enter the address manually.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Nexus Commerce does not ask you to enter card numbers into its own forms.
The site stores preferences such as language, country, currency and cart state in your browser. Payment and delivery information may be shared with the providers needed to complete the transaction and deliver the order.
Product images may be delivered through Cloudinary’s image CDN in resized, compressed formats. Cloudinary receives the image request, including your IP address and browser request details, and caches the public product image to deliver it efficiently.
If you allow marketing measurement, the TikTok Pixel and Events API may receive page-view, product-view, add-to-cart, checkout-start and confirmed-payment events. For a paid order, email and phone are sent to TikTok only when you also opted in to marketing measurement for that order; these identifiers are normalized and SHA-256 hashed on our server before transmission. TikTok uses event and matching data to measure and improve ad performance. Use the Privacy button on the storefront to change your browser choice.
