Product variants and supplier stock can change. We confirm availability before accepting payment; if an item cannot be supplied, contact us for help with the order.
The checkout review shows the order total, including shipping, in AED for the United Arab Emirates and USD for all other destinations. Stripe uses the same amount and currency shown before payment.
Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times depend on the product variant and destination. We only offer checkout when a shipping method is available for the selected order and country.
Nexus Commerce accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its tags, accessories and original packaging intact; the customer pays the return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before sending it back and we will provide the next steps without charging you return postage. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Contact us with your order number before mailing any item. This policy does not limit rights that apply under the laws governing your order.
