How to choose clothing size online
Clothing sizes can differ between products and suppliers. Check each product page on its own and confirm the selected option before placing an order.
1. Use the product’s own size chart
When a size chart is provided, compare its measurements with a garment that already fits you or with your own measurements. A size label alone may not be consistent across different listings.
- Check the unit shown in the chart, such as centimetres or inches.
- If the chart is unclear or does not include the measurement you need, contact us before ordering.
2. Confirm color, size and item details
Select the exact color and size combination shown in the options. Read the fabric and care details on the listing, and use the product description when comparing similar styles.
- Check the selected option again in your cart before checkout.
- Screen settings and lighting can make product colors look slightly different in photos.
3. Know the return and exchange conditions
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags, accessories and packaging intact. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- Contact customer support before mailing an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
- If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first; the store policy does not charge return postage for that case.
