How international shipping works at Nexus Commerce
Nexus Commerce serves customers in multiple markets, but a shipping method is confirmed for the products and destination in each order. Check the quote shown for your own cart before payment.
1. Shipping is checked for the products in your cart
A product may have a shipping option to one country and no option to another. The selected variant and quantity can also affect available methods and rates.
- Set your destination on the product page or in the cart.
- If your cart combines products, checkout checks whether a valid method is available for the complete order.
2. Review the quote and total before paying
The checkout shows the available shipping method, its cost and the estimated delivery range for the selected destination. The payment review shows the order total and currency before you confirm payment.
- The store uses AED for orders shipped to the UAE and USD for other destinations.
- If the shipping quote is unavailable, do not assume that delivery is free; choose another available option or ask support.
3. Need help with a destination?
Send customer support the product link, selected option and destination country. For an existing order, include the order number so we can review the correct shipment.

- For returns, requests must be made within 30 days after delivery; review the return conditions before mailing an item.
